1. Design (for ODM only)
  • Provide inquiry with standard and basic specifications.
  • Discuss inquiry details.
 
2. Quotation

Week 1
  • Provide detailed specifications (head/tail/size, etc.).
  • Submit drawings or samples and detailed requirements for quotation, including:
    • Materials
    • Finish
    • Packaging
    • Quantity
 
3. Sample Production
(Whether the sample or mold fee is charged depends on the case.)
  • Tooling required: 70–100 days
  • Tooling not required: 45–70 days
Week 2–3
  • Payment for tooling and sample is due.
  • Tooling process, if required.
Week 4–15
  • Sample production.
  • Sample review and revisions before approval.
 
4. Bulk Production

Week 16–17
  • Sample approval.
  • Place purchase order and issue S/C for confirmation.
Week 18–48
  • Mass production.
  • Quality inspection before shipment.
